What you are actually buying from us

We do the decommissioning
Our crews rack out the hardware, de-energize and pull the electrical distribution, recover refrigerant, drain glycol, cut and cap piping, and break down containment and cabinets. You are not hiring a broker who then hires a rigger who then hires a hauler. One company, one point of contact, one insurance certificate.

We do the loading
Rigging, lift and crane work, dock plates, pallets, stretch wrap, load bars, straps and the trucks themselves are ours. Overhead busway comes down on lifts. Generators and chillers go out on cranes. Servers leave palletized and manifested. Nothing about the load-out becomes your problem.

Payment before the truck leaves
You are paid in full before equipment leaves your dock — wire, company check or cashier's check, your choice. No consignment, no percentage of eventual resale, no invoice you have to chase. The racks stay where they are until the money has landed.

Drive destruction, documented
Every data-bearing device is degaussed and physically destroyed, on your floor if you prefer. You receive a certificate of destruction listing serial numbers and a chain-of-custody record signed at each handoff, formatted so your audit team can reconcile it against your asset register.

The room is left clean
Floor tiles reset, penetrations patched, abandoned cable removed, debris hauled, and the space swept. Where a landlord or lease requires a specific restoration standard, we work to it and document the result with photographs before and after.

Written offers that hold
Quotes are written, itemized by category, and hold for thirty days. If your process needs a formal bid document, a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming your entity, or a purchase order reference on the offer, say so and it is on the paperwork.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a broker or the actual buyer?
We are the buyer. We fund the purchase, our own crews perform the decommissioning and loading, and we take title when the equipment leaves your dock. There is no third party behind us who has to approve the price after seeing the room.
Do you really handle the decommissioning?
Yes, and it is the reason most facilities call us. Our crews rack out IT, de-energize and remove electrical distribution, recover refrigerant under EPA rules, drain and cap glycol loops, disassemble containment and cabinets, and leave the room broom clean.
When do we get paid?
Before the equipment leaves your dock — wire, company check or cashier's check. On large phased projects we pay per load as it ships rather than holding the whole amount to the end.
What is the smallest project worth calling about?
A single UPS, one generator, a few PDUs or a handful of cabinets. Because we route crews nationally, small pickups can often be added to an existing run instead of being priced as a dedicated trip.
How do you handle hard drives and data?
Drives are separated and tracked by serial. You choose NIST 800-88 wiping, degaussing or physical shredding, with on-site shredding available. You receive a serialized certificate of destruction reconciled against your asset list.
Which states do you cover?
All 50 and the District of Columbia. We maintain city-level coverage pages so you can see the specific market, but the practical answer is that we will travel wherever the equipment is.
What if the equipment is old or has no records?
We still quote it. Documentation raises value — a genset with load bank results or a UPS under contract is worth more — but the absence of records does not disqualify anything. Older equipment is priced closer to component and material recovery, and we say so plainly.
Can you work in a live facility?
Routinely. Hospitals, trading floors and 24/7 operations cannot go dark, so we phase the work: IT and racks first, then distribution, then the power and cooling plant once the last circuit is dead.
